How Long does the Warranty Last?

We stand behind our products and craftsmanship with a two (2) year limited warranty from the date of retail purchase against all manufacturing defects, by the original purchaser.

IF THE DEVICES WARRANTY IS NOT REGISTERED AT WWW.THEREVOLVER.STORE/PRODUCTREGISTRATION AT THE TIME OF THE ORIGINAL SALE, CONSUMER MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF PURCHASE WITH ANY WARRANTY CLAIM.

What does the Warranty cover?

ZES Products, LLC (herein referred to as “ZES Products”) only warranties against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 5 years from the date of retail purchase from ZES Products and from authorized retailers by the original purchaser (this limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers).  Warranty does not apply should you purchase through a 3rd party re-seller such as eBay or Craigslist.

What will ZES Products do?

If a valid claim under this limited warranty is received within the two (2) year warranty period, ZES Products will, at its discretion, either (1) Repair the defect; or (2) Exchange the device for a new one.

Except as stated herein, ZES Products makes no other express warranty.

What is NOT covered by the warranty?

Any non-ZES Products devices, or any ZES Products devices other than The REVOLVER and any device accessories or attachments; damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes; damage caused by the device being exposed to extreme thermal or environmental conditions; damage caused by unreasonable or unintended use as described by ZES Products in the device documentation; damage to the device (1) caused by accessories or attachments not authorized or recommended by ZES Products or (2) caused by accessories or attachments recommended by ZES Products but where usage thereof was by unreasonable or unintended use; and cosmetic damage occurring through normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic.  In addition, opening, disassembling or tampering with your device in any way will void this warranty.

How do you make a warranty claim?

To obtain service under this limited warranty the original purchaser must first review this Revolver two (2) year limited warranty to confirm that the device is warrantied here under.  The device will have to be registered on the website, or a proof of purchase provided, before warranty service will be provided. To present a claim under this warranty, send an email to support@therevolver.store for return authorization instructions on how to return.

Please note:

ZES Products customer service may request additional information about the device in an attempt to troubleshoot common issues before approving warranty service.  All devices that are approved for warranty service must be returned to ZES Products before a replacement will be shipped. ZES Products strongly suggests sending returns with a tracking or delivery confirmation number.  ZES Products is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns sent by you. The cost of return shipping for returned devices will be your responsibility. Original purchasers returning devices for repair or replacement will be subject to age verification.  ZES Products will only honor this limited warranty from original purchasers of legal age.

Can I Return My Device for Refund?

Refunds are only available for new and unused devices purchased on www.therevolver.store and must be returned directly to ZES Products within fifteen (15) days of receipt.  ZES Products has sole discretion to not honor a refund if the device is not in new and unused condition.  Devices purchased through an authorized retailer will not be refunded by ZES Products; in such case, any refunds must be obtained from whom you purchased the device and will be subject to the retailer’s policy on returns.  For devices purchases directly from www.therevolver.store you can visit www.revolver.store/returns for instructions on starting the returns authorization process.  Return shipping costs are not covered by ZES Products, and refunds will be processed after is received and inspected.

What is the scope of ZES Products and your rights and responsibilities?

In no event shall ZES Products be liable for monetary damages or other losses arising from any device defect or failure, including, but not limited to, for any loss of use, time or for any inconvenience or for any incidental or consequential damages. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LENGTH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states and/or provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state and province to province. ZES Products is not responsible for and will not be bound by any additional warranties provided by retailers and does not authorize any other person to make or assume any obligation or liability in connection with any of its devices.
